DC postmortem, moving onwards
So, today was my last day at social/iPhone games studio Digital Chocolate in Helsinki. I’ve been with them since May 2011 and it was my first game industry job.
I think many of my followers will benefit from hearing of my experiences.

Losing the magic
The one and only thing I regret in regards to getting ears deep into games is how it inevitably breaks the illusion for you, forever. Taking it apart, seeing what it’s made of and constructing your own really peels away a thick layer of that magical feeling you get from playing a successful, immersive experience.

Only almost a year late, Game of Thrones finally starts airing on Finnish national TV today. Can’t hurt watching it again. Oh yesssss.

I think I need to start watching Sherlock. I can tell whenever an episode (or a preview) airs because it causes a huge flood on my dash and now that it’s apparently gone into the homolove field I can’t bear this curiosity any longer.
Screw finals work, I’ve got episodes to watch.
